The question of what management consulting is and what the management consultants do can be answered as follows: Management Consultancy is a process where independent and expert people provide an external perspective to solve the problems of the companies in organizational and managerial issues, ensure the further development of the companies, identify and investigate problems, suggest suitable projects, and help companies realize such suggestions. Management consulting is a science of solving the problems faced by a company or institution while managing its own company or institution.

It is obligatory to employ 5 Turkish citizens for each foreign employee in the workplace for which a work permit will be obtained. If the person who will get a work permit is a shareholder of the company, it is necessary to employ 5 Turkish citizens as of the last 6 months of the 1-year work permit issued.

There is no requirement regarding the capital for non-profit organizations such as Foundations and Associations, while the companies operating in the education sector, and especially home services, and the Turkish agencies of airlines of different states are exempt from the requirements for the number of employees and paid-in capital.

People who have or are entitled to receive a Blue Card under Article 28 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901, and people who are citizens of another country but are also Turkish citizens (Law No. 5718, art. 4)

Pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Provisional Article 1 of the International Labor Law No. 6735, foreigners who are within the scope of the work permit exemption as per Article 55 of Regulation for Implementation of Law on Work Permits of Foreigners, titled "Exemptions,” whose provisions that comply with the Law No. 6735 are still in force.

The work permit or work permit exemption granted under the International Labor Law No. 6735 are deemed as a residence permit as per Article 27 of the Law No. 6458. However, work permits issued for foreigners having a status of an International Protection Applicant, Conditional Refugee and Temporary Protection are not deemed residence permits.

In Turkey, work permits for foreigners are issued for a specific workplace or business. There is no work permit system that allows foreigners to work at any workplace they like.

If your work permit document validity of which remains is lost/stolen or destroyed in a way preventing further use, you can request a reprint of the work permit by logging into the system via e-state and clicking the "New Card Request" on the "Application Processes menu" on the Finalized Applications tab / post-permission transactions page. If your request is accepted, you will be requested by e-mail to deposit half of the valuable paper fee and the work permit fee. If you deposit the specified amounts, your new work permit document will be printed and sent to your workplace address. You can apply to the Ministry with a written petition for your work permits that are not registered in the e-permit system.
