(the “Company”), and our Company exerts maximum effort to act in compliance with the entire legislation in force in this respect. The most important aspect of this issue is EGG İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.’s Policy for Protection and Processing of Personal Data (the “Policy”). Within the framework of this Policy, the principles adopted in the performance of personal data processing activities carried out by our Company, and the basic principles adopted for the compliance of our Company’s data processing activities with the regulations contained in the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”), are clarified, and thus, our Company ensures the necessary transparency by informing data subjects. With full awareness of our responsibility in this context, your personal data are processed and protected under this Policy.
